Samantha’s practice focuses on a variety of real estate transactions, including commercial and multifamily building acquisitions and sales, residential sales from both the buyers’ and sellers’ perspectives, real estate financing, and representation of cooperatives and condominiums.
Prior to joining Daniels O’Connell, Samantha worked in commercial litigation, as well as general corporate and real estate law.
During her time in law school, Samantha developed a broad range of experience by working as a student attorney in the University of Richmond’s Intellectual Property and Transactional Law Clinic, where she registered trademarks for local businesses, externing with the in-house department of a major energy company, where she focused primarily on real estate and land use matters, and working with the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition on anti-trust investigations.
Samantha received her B.S. in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.
Samantha was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2024 and is a member of the Real Property section of the New York State Bar Association.
Outside of the office, you can find Samantha on the beach, at a Yankees game, or with her mini dachshund.
